Culture is Key

As part of a mentoring program in which I participate, organized by the MIT Club of Boston, I was recently asked to share my thoughts on nurturing a healthy corporate culture, and the related topic of how to successfully lead teams. These are critical questions often overlooked by entrepreneurs, especially early in their careers. It was a pleasure to have the opportunity to assemble the following slides which are fairly self-explanatory. Just scroll down the page.
